*** Reduced Students Registration Fees (for students without papers in tracks) Include

• Participation in SDIA (Doctoral Symposium on Artificial Intelligence)

• The participation of students without paper is limited to a maximum number of cases. The limitation is due to organization logistic restrictions. Priority will be given to PhD students.

Important Information

• Accepted Papers: In order to have a paper published in the conference proceedings, at least one author of the paper must be registered as presenter by the early registration deadline. For authors backing up more than one paper, an additional fee of €100 is charged for each additional paper, with a maximum of two additional papers.
• Additional Pages: Papers exceeding the limit of 12 pages will be charged more 50€ per additional page.  Papers with more than 14 pages will not be accepted for publication.
• Student Registration: In order to complete the registration, students must provide a certificate of enrollment issued by their university.
• Registration without paper: Registration without accepted paper is possible as Regular or APPIA Member (see table above).
• Additional Conference Dinner: Each additional conference dinner (Thursday, September 5) may be reserved with a cost of €65.
• Additional Conference Tour: Each additional conference Tour (Thursday, September 5) may be reserved with a cost of €25.
